Friday: <ul><li>At 8:39 a.m., police reported a soliciting/salesman complaint on Congress Street after some vagrants had gathered in front of the North Church and generated some trash.</li><li>At 12:54 p.m., police reported an airline emergency at Portsmouth International Tradeport involving an inbound a New Hampshire Air National Guard KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft with four people on board.</li><li>At 2:36 p.m., police reported a theft on Brewery Lane of some tools and staging that was taken from a vehicle.</li><li>At 8 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Woodbury Avenue without injury.</li><li>At 9:34 p.m., police arrested a Maine woman for drunken driving on Coakley Road and the Route 1 Bypass. Lisa Fisher-Munroe, 53, of 468 Main St. in Birch Hill, Maine was charged with driving while intoxicated.</li><li>At 10:35 p.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man following an disorderly conduct complaint on Pleasant Street. Joshua Charles Blake, 23, of 15 Badgers Island was charged with disorderly conduct.</li></ul>
