Woman Charged with DWI After Stop on Route 1 Bypass

The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, Dec. 6.

Friday:

  • At 8:39 a.m., police reported a soliciting/salesman complaint on Congress Street after some vagrants had gathered in front of the North Church and generated some trash.
  • At 12:54 p.m., police reported an airline emergency at Portsmouth International Tradeport involving an inbound a New Hampshire Air National Guard KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft with four people on board.
  • At 2:36 p.m., police reported a theft on Brewery Lane of some tools and staging that was taken from a vehicle.
  • At 8 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Woodbury Avenue without injury.
  • At 9:34 p.m., police arrested a Maine woman for drunken driving on Coakley Road and the Route 1 Bypass. Lisa Fisher-Munroe, 53, of 468 Main St. in Birch Hill, Maine was charged with driving while intoxicated.
  • At 10:35 p.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man following an disorderly conduct complaint on Pleasant Street. Joshua Charles Blake, 23, of 15 Badgers Island was charged with disorderly conduct.
