Male Student Exposes Himself to Girl on School Bus

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, Nov. 19 to Wednesday, Nov. 20.
Tuesday:
- At 8:49 a.m., police reported lewd exposure on Sherburne Road after a male student exposed himself to a female student on the school bus.
- At 9:32 a.m., police reported a two-car accident on Cutts Road and the Route One Bypass southbound without injury.
- At 9:40 a.m., police received a complaint of identity fraud at the police station.
- At 9:46 a.m., police reported a dead deer on Lafayette Road that was later dispatched by the New Hampshire Fish and Game Department.
- At 10:42 a.m., police reported a burglary on Deer Street after the caller said her back door was open and all of her product was stolen.
- At 12:05 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Jones Avenue. Terrance P. Regan, 21, of 226 Union St. was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 1:38 p.m., police reported a theft on Lafayette Road after the caller said he got some gas at a business and someone stole his wallet and charged $300 on one of his credit cards.
- At 3:37 p.m., police reported a theft of some change from a motor vehicle on Denise Street.
- At 4:22 p.m., police received a motor vehicle theft complaint that was related to a dispute between two brothers who agreed to resolve it.
- At 4:39 p.m., police reported a hit and run accident on Richards Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.
- At 8:06 p.m., police arrested a Dover man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Jesse Michael Van Deinse, 32, of 1 Mill St., Apt. 402, was wanted for criminal mischief (vandalism) and disorderly conduct.
- At 2:35 a.m., police reported a theft on Market Street of a cell phone that the caller said she had traced to a specific location.
- At 2:50 a.m., police reported criminal threatening on Manor Drive.
