UNH Student Murder Suspect Charged in Jailbreak Plot
Murder suspect indicted for three more charges related to the murder of Elizabeth Marriott.

A Dover man charged with the first degree murder of University of New Hampshire student Elizabeth Marriott now faces three more charges after a Strafford County Grand Jury handed up three more indictments this week, according to the Union Leader.
The newspaper reported that Seth Mazzaglia, 31, was indicted for conspiracy to commit tampering with witnesses or informants, soliciting the help of someone outside the jail to help him escape; and for falsifying physical evidence where police believe that Mazzaglia and his ex-girlfriend Kathryn McDonough of Portsmouth put Marriott's body in a suitcase wrapped in a tarp to remove her from the apartment on the night of her murder on Oct. 9, 2012.
