MozCation Coming to Music Hall Tonight

Portsmouth area digital media professionals will come together at the Music Hall on Wednesday night to enjoy MozCation 2012 meetup.
Thanks to a group of digital media professionals who entered Portsmouth in a contest sponsored by SEOMoz of Seattle last summer and won, the event will take place from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Here is the video that enabled Portsmouth to be chosen as a 2012 MozCation site.
According to the Event Brite listing, "The first hour will be networking, food, and drinks; followed by two hours of presentations; and the last hour we get back to networking. Don't worry, you'll be getting some fun #Mozcation swag as well."

SEOMoz of Seattle announced it will hold one of its three worldwide meetup events in the city in November.
According to Brian DeKoning, director of social strategy at Raka in Portsmouth, Rand Fishkin, CEO of SEOMoz announced in August that SEOMoz selected the city as one of three winners to host a #MozCation in 2012!
DeKoning said then SEOMoz will also host meetups in Milwaukee, Wisc., and Cape Town, South Africa.
According to the Event Brite listing, "This is a free event so don't worry about cost. Just show up ready to learn, meet some Mozzers, and network with other locals in your community. We look forward to seeing you all!"
