The Portsmouth theater will screen the classic 1927 silent movie, "The Complete Metropolis," this evening at 7 p.m. accompanied by live music from Boston "Steam-Crunk" ensemble and Walter Sickert &amp; the Army of BRoken TOys. The screening of this film is also being done as a fundraiser to support the Portsmouth Halloween Parade. Tickets are $13 each.
