Just one day after Upper Crust pizzeria owners announced they closed their Congress Street restaurant, workers were busy packing up various items on Tuesday morning. Upper Crust owner Mark Tramontana announced on the restaurant's Facebook page Monday the eatery would close, which saddened some Portsmouth area residents. Now that Upper Crust is gone, what new business would you like to see take its place? The commercial space is well suited for another restaurant and could also support retail with some renovation work. What do you think would be a good fit for the former Upper Crust pizzeria?
