New Business on Penhallow Street?

The former Paradiza store on Penhallow Street has been vacant for nearly a month, and the building's owner was busy making some renovations on Tuesday afternoon.

The store that was once a fixture in downtown Portsmouth for 21 years continues to be a sought after commercial space that has neighbors like Ristorante Massimo and Ceres Street Bakery and Penhallow Street and sees plenty of pedestrian and motor vehicle traffic.
