New Castle Man Charged with DWI
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, Jan. 8 and Wednesday, Jan. 9.
Tuesday:
- At 12:53 p.m., police arrested a Hampton woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Donna M. Hughes, 59, of 933 Ocean Blvd., Apt. A-3, in Hampton was wanted for theft of services.
- At 5:54 p.m., police reported a theft of a snow plow from a driveway on Ocean Road valued at more than $500.
- At 6:54 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Jones Avenue after the caller said she saw a male subject lurking around her house and that the lock to her garage door was pushed in.
- At 7:24 p.m., police arrested a New Castle man for drunken driving after he was involved in a rollover accident on Market Street near the Interstate 95 interchange. Eli Robinson, 22, of 131 Cranfield St. in New Castle was charged with driving while intoxicated.

- At 6:39 p.m., police arrested a Newington man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. John E. Liatsis, 39, of 271 Nimble Hill Road in Newington was wanted for simple assault.
- At 7:02 p.m., police reported the theft of an NHSPCA donation jar in Market Square.
