As a result, Smith, who chairs the city Parking and Traffic Safety Committee, will hold a listening session at the Works Bakery Cafe this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. His goal is to allow city residents to share their ideas about where the city should build a new parking garage now that the Worth Lot is off the table. after several residents and business owners came out against it. Two potential sites that are still on the table are Deer Street and the Thomas J. McIntyre federal building on Daniel Street.
