New Store Coming to Southgate Plaza?

The Southgate Plaza on Lafayette Road continues to draw new stores and restaurants and right now there is a prime retail space available for lease.

Right next to La Bella Italian Restaurant is a 4,171 square-foot space that would be suitable for a retail store or a restaurant. Two doors down is the Shio's Japanese restaurant. This fall a new 10-screen Cinemagic movie theater is also scheduled to open at the shopping plaza.

The property is being leased by Waterstone Retail, which manages the Southgate Plaza. What do you think would be a good fit for this available space? Let us know.
