A new tenant is set to move in to the former <a href="https://portsmouth-nh.patch.com/groups/business-news/p/downtown-mexican-restaurant-closes">Ole Burritos &amp; Beer</a> and Me &amp; Ollie's location in downtown Portsmouth. The space at 10 Pleasant St. <a href="https://portsmouth-nh.patch.com/groups/business-news/p/former-ole-burritos--beer-eatery-leased">was leased last month</a>, but until now the new tenant had been kept quiet. But a sign recently went up in the window there saying that <a href="http://leclubboutique.com/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Le Club Boutique &amp; City Shoes</a> is "Coming Soon." The business, which sells bridal and prom dresses and shoes, is currently located at 41 Vaughan Mall and is having a moving sale. The new location is expected to open on Saturday, March 1. Ole Burritos &amp; Beer <a href="https://portsmouth-nh.patch.com/groups/business-news/p/downtown-mexican-restaurant-closes">closed</a> after just four months in business. The restaurant had previously been a Me &amp; Ollie's coffee shop.
