KC-135 Tanker Makes Emergency Landing

WMUR reported that several Seacoast area fire departments responded on Thursday night after the aircraft crew said they could not operate the front landing gear.

A New Hampshire Air National Guard KC-135 Stratotanker made an emergency landing on Thursday night after the crew indicated they could not use the aircraft's front landing gear.

WMUR reported that several Seacoast area fire departments responded to the Portsmouth International Airport runway around 6:15 p.m. and that the Air Guard crew circled the area for a while before making a soft landing just before 7 p.m. No one was hurt.
