Outback Steakhouse Still Available for Lease

When we first told you about the former Outback Steakhouse at the Fox Run Mall in Newington last fall, we didn't think this former Down Under eatery would still be available for lease on the market, but it is.

As thousands of holiday shoppers streamed in and out of the Fox Run Mall, many of them drove past the former restaurant located near the iParty store. According to the sign posted by CB Richard Ellis of Portsmouth, it is still available.

Here is what we reported on Oct. 3:

G'day, mate, from the former Outback Steakhouse in Newington, which has been boarded up for quite some time.

With a prime location right in front of the Fox Run Mall in Newington, the former restaurant is currently being marketed by CBRE of Portsmouth for lease as a great space for a future restaurant or office space.

It has ample parking with a lot that is shared by a few other businesses.
