• Rockingham County man sentenced for role in fatal parking garage incident (wmur.com) — A man has been sentenced to 3.5 to 7 years in prison for his role in a 2023 confrontation that ended with a fatal fall from a Portsmouth parking garage, after an earlier clash near the Portsmouth Gas Light Company. The victim’s family described their ongoing grief in court, while the defense plans to appeal and a second defendant still awaits trial.
