Portsmouth Police have cordoned off Prescott Park, Peirce Island and some surrounding streets as a crime scene tonight. The entire area is in lock down.  Contrary to some reports, police have not confirmed if they have found a body or not. Police did confirm they are at the scene in connection with the case of the missing UNH student Elizabeth Marriott. A New Hampshire Marine Patrol boat just went under the Peirce Island bridge and shot some photos. A Portsmouth Fire Department vehicle also just left the area. News trucks are lined up along the Strawbery Banke parking lot waiting to hear more from law enforcement officials about what is going on.
