Michael Heath, 42, of Newmarket, was charged with several counts of impersonating a police officer, according to the Union Leader.
He told police he pulled over drivers in Portsmouth, Hampton, Stratham, Epping, Hampton Falls, Newington, Newfields, and Kittery, Maine, among other communities.
