Altercation in Islington Street Road Rage Incident
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log on Tuesday, Oct. 29
Tuesday:
- At 9:57 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Cabot Street.
- At 10:09 a.m., police arrested a Hampton man on Lafayette Road who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Christopher Titus, 31, of 224 Drakeside Road, Apt. B, was wanted for simple assault.
- At 11:04 a.m., police reported an animal call on Highliner Avenue after the caller said there was a seagull with a fish hook in its mouth.
- At 11:30 a.m., police reported a simple assault on Wedgewood Road.
- At 12:10 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Lafayette Road without injury.
- At 2:23 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Justin Newton, 34, of 61 Holiday Drive, Apt. C was wanted for theft; all other.
- At 2:33 p.m., police reported a road rage incident on Islington Street and Essex Avenue after police say one driver slammed the car door of the other's driver's car into his legs after that driver tried to open his car door during the altercation.
- At 4:08 p.m., police reported liquor offenses at Vaughn Mall after the caller said there were some men drinking alcohol out of sports drink bottles.
- At 5:30 p.m., police arrested a Dover man on Winsor Road who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Anthony Jordon Allen, 21, of 300 Plaza Drive, Apt. 10, was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 6:29 p.m., police reported forgery on Islington Street after a complaint was filed at the police station.
