Police: Man Robbed at Knifepoint

Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Wednesday, Feb. 13 through Sunday, Feb. 17.

Wednesday:

  • At 2:09 p.m., police arrested a Dover woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Jane M. Lissner, 46, of 1 Mill St., Apt. 23 in Dover was wanted for possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
  • At 5:34 p.m., police reported a theft at a Route One Bypass business after the caller reported a gas drive off. The driver was later located by police and agreed to pay his bill.

  • At 9:38 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on High Street after the building's owner reported graffiti.
  • At 11:55 a.m., police reported a prowler on Woodbury Avenue.
  • At 4:41 p.m., police reported a theft at a Lafayette Road business with a suspect.
  • At 9:48 p.m., police reported a theft on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said his iPhone and store keys were stolen.

Friday:

  • At 7:21 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Maplewood Avenue for criminal trespass. Christopher M. Deyarmond, 26, of 399 Maplewood Ave., Apt. 3, in Portsmouth was charged with that offense.
  • At 9:40 a.m., police reported the theft of a green card on Highliner Avenue.
  • At 11:51 a.m., police arrested a Hampton woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Kristine E. Coffey, 26, of 38 Mill Road, Apt. 2, in Hampton was wanted for conduct after an accident.
  • At 2:43 p.m., police reported a burglary on Decatur Road.
  • At 4:01 p.m., police reported a simple assault on Court Street that resulted from a shoving match over the sale of Avon at a bingo gathering.
  • At 6:09 p.m., police reported the theft of a credit card and a debit card on Lafayette Road.
  • At 7:03 p.m., police reported reckless conduct on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said three juveniles were throwing snowballs at passing cars.

  • At 1:29 a.m., police reported a fight on Hanover Street in front of the High/Hanover Parking Garage involving several individuals.
  • At 3:50 a.m., police arrested a Connecticut woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she was detained by Exeter Police. Shanea Bloomquist, 21, of 35 Knobhill in New London, Conn., was wanted for two counts of simple assault, default or breach of bail conditions and a bench warrant.
  • At 10:10 a.m., police reported a theft of mail on Brewster Street.
  • At 1:38 p.m., police reported a theft of a bicycle on State Street.
  • At 2:49 p.m., police reported the theft of $1,096.95 worth of merchandise from a Woodbury Avenue business.

Sunday:

  • At 12:58 a.m., police reported an armed robbery on Fleet Street after the caller said a male subject approached him while he was having a smoke outside, pulled a knife on him and demanded his wallet.
