Driver: I Was Spit at Over Downtown Parking Space
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, Nov. 29 and Saturday, Nov. 30.
Friday:
- At 3:19 a.m., police reported a simple assault on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said a woman punched him in the face after he refused to give her some alcohol.
- At 7:58 a.m., police reported lewd indecent exposure on Shearwater Driver after the caller said her financee brought home another woman who exposed her breasts.
- At 2:53 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man after he was involved in an argument with another man at a bus stop on Market Square. Daniel A. Privatera, 26, address unknown, was charged with disorderly conduct and loitering.
- At 3:03 p.m., police reported a hit and run accident on Woodbury Avenue.
- At 3:19 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Market Street and Kearsarge Way with injury.
- At 3:41 p.m., police arrested a Marshfield, Mass. woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Kelly O'Neill, 41, of 8 Fox Run was wanted on a bench warrant.
- At 6:10 p.m., police reported a simple assault on State Street after the caller said he had an argument with a couple over a parking spot outside of the Rosa restaurant. The caller said the woman spit at him and then a man she was with approached him and challenged him to a fight before the couple went into the restaurant.
- At 8:18 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Hancock Street after some graffiti was spotted on a tent.
- At 12:36 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Scott Avenue after some graffiti was spotted under the Memorial Bridge underpass and at Prescott Park.
- At 12:39 p.m., police reported a theft from a vehicle on Sunset Road.
- At 5:17 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Lafayette Road.
