Portland, Maine Man Charged with Burglary
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Wednesday, Oct. 10 through Saturday, Oct. 13.
Wednesday:
- At 7:47 a.m., police reported a theft on South Street after the caller said her car was broken into and two phone chargers were stolen.
- At 9:46 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Ceres Street after the caller said a bottle was thrown at the car windshield.
- At 2:50 p.m., police reported a theft on Haven Road after the caller said her car was broken into and a GPS, $8 in cash and some prescription drugs were taken.

- At 1:48 p.m., police reported a theft on Haven Road after someone went through a car and stole some loose change.
- At 1:58 p.m., police reported a theft after the caller said someone stole their iPhone.
- At 2:58 p.m., police arrested a Portland, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on the Route One Bypass southbound. Anthony J. Carter, 25, of 11 Exchange St., Apt. 3F in Portland, Maine was wanted for three counts of burglary.
Friday:
- At 7:09 a.m., police reported a theft on McNabb Court after the caller said someone went through their car and stole some loose change.
- At 8:20 a.m., police reported a theft on Partridge Street after the caller said someone broke into her car and stole a GPS, a cashmere sweater and some electronic connectors.
- At 8:23 a.m., police reported a theft on Lincoln Avenue after the caller said someone went through their cars and stole some loose change.
- At 8:26 a.m., police reported another theft on Manning Street after the caller said someone went through their unlocked car and stole a purse, iPod, wallet and credit cards.
- At 3:01 p.m., police reported a theft on Kearsarge Way of a 3-ton jack from a driveway.
- At 4:23 p.m., police arrested a Dover woman on Bow Street who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Erin Meghan O'Donoghue, 25, of 149 Portland Ave. in Dover was charged with being a fugitive, but police did not specify what crime she was wanted for.
- At 6:16 p.m., police arrested a Haverhill, Mass., man following a domestic incident on Andrew Jarvis Drive. James Krieger, 46, of 124 Dwight St. in Haverhill, Mass., was charged with a violation of a protective order.
