Portsmouth Man Arrested On 2 DWI Charges: Police Log

Plus: Several teens taken into protective custody; Barnstead man accused of violation of privacy; woman arrested on stalking charge.

PORTSMOUTH, NH — Three 13-year-olds were taken into protective custody at 7:13 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2024, after a suspicious activity call on Grant Avenue.

Jayson E. Walsh, 37, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:21 a.m. on Sept. 17 on a warrant and a bench warrant. Also arrested was Danielle Elizabeth Genova, 37, of Concord, on a warrant. They were arrested after a report of a domestic incident on the southbound side of the Route 1 Bypass.

Four 17-year-olds were taken into protective custody at 10:52 p.m. on Sept. 9 after a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Lafayette Road and South Street.

Seth Coleman, 49, of Barnstead was arrested on a violation of privacy charge at 3:43 p.m. on Sept. 9 at police headquarters.

Christus Lee Barron, 38, of Atlanta, Georgia, was arrested at 2:51 p.m. on Sept. 9 on stalking and violation of a protective order charges after an incident on Lafayette Road.

Christian Bayan Lydon, 55, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 7:26 p.m. on Sept. 8 on a domestic violence-simple assault charge after a domestic incident on Woodbury Avenue.

Lincoln Jack Fay, 24, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. on Sept. 8 on two driving while intoxicated charges and a lane control violation after an incident at Islington and Cabot streets.

Josiah Adair Mayo, 37, of Somersworth, was arrested on a 12-hour domestic violence assault arrest without a warrant at 12:15 a.m. on Sept. 8 after an incident at Market Street and Interstate 95 south.

Johnathan R. Pratt, 37, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on Sept. 7 on driving after suspension or suspension and two driving after suspension charges after an incident on Lafayette Road.
