Portsmouth Man Charged with Vandalism
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, Oct. 21 through Tuesday, Oct. 23.
Sunday:
- At 1:28 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Gosling Road after he broke into a car and then took off on foot. Matthew Joel Anderson, 34, of 9 Central Ave. in Portsmouth was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
- At 3:22 p.m., police reported criminal mischief at Stonecroft Apartments after the caller said a male subject who had rented a Uhaul trailer smashed into his car and then took off.
- At 6:48 p.m., police reported theft of services at a Woodbury Avenue business that involved two female and two male subjects.
- At 10:33 p.m., police arrested a Turner, Maine man for criminal trespass on Lafayette Road. Craig Coulombe, 39, of 126 Buckfield Road in Turner, Maine was charged with that offense.
- At 11:37 p.m., police reported a theft of prescription drugs on Blue Heron Drive.

- At 10:11 a.m., police reported a theft on Islington Street after the caller said a male subject reached over the counter and took some cash out of the cash register and fled.
- At 10:52 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Osprey Drive after the caller said someone slashed the rear tire on their vehicle.
- At 11:56 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman on Winsor Road. Kayla Crystal, 29, of 2 Winsor Road in Portsmouth was charged with violation of a protective order; penalty.
- At 11:37 p.m., police reported an animal call on Banfield Road after the caller said they saw an injured deer on the side of the road. Upon arrival, police had to dispose of the animal.
Tuesday:
- At 12:27 a.m., police arrested a Milton woman for motor vehicle offenses on the Route 1 Bypass southbound and Cutts Road. Katherine Anderson, 18, of 121 Ford Farm Road in Milton was charged with operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension.
