Portsmouth Medical Professionals Surprised By Free Sandwiches
Staffers at Convenient MD Urgent Care in the Port City received grilled offerings from D'Angelo's; Papa Gino's is also giving away pizzas.
PORTSMOUTH, NH — As part of a way of thanking medical professionals around the state, both Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo continued their Pizza My Heart and EveryDAy Heroes programs this week, giving free offerings to staffers.
D’Angelo surprised staffers at Convenient MD Urgent Care in Portsmouth with sandwiches and chips last week.
“The Pizza My Heart and EveryDAy Heroes programs allow us to do our part in supporting the heroes in the communities we serve,” Deena McKinley, the CMO of Papa Gino’s and D’Angelo, said. “We are grateful for the opportunity these programs provide to connect with our neighbors, learn about the amazing things going on in our communities, and then reward the individuals involved with delicious food!”

So far, Papa Gino’s has given away nearly 1,500 x-large pizzas to 186 organizations while D’Angelo has given away about 8,500 sandwiches and bags of chips to 178 organizations.
