Just in time for Valentine's Day, <a href="http://www.cnn.com/2014/02/10/travel/americas-most-romantic-towns/index.html" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">CNN has named Portsmouth as one America's 10 most romantic towns</a>. Portsmouth was ranked as the Number 9 most romantic town. Among the reasons given? It has a fantastic indoor date spot in The Music Hall, it has a great waterfront and it has great craft beer. Both the Portsmouth Brewery and Smuttynose (which is getting ready to move its headquarters to Hampton) were cited in the story. The only other New England state included on the list is Burlington, VT, which came in at Number 7.
