Portsmouth Woman Charged with DWI
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, Oct. 18 through Sunday, Oct. 21.
Thursday:
- At 8:56 a.m., police arrested a 16-year-old juvenile for truancy on Sherburne Road and took the minor into protective custody.
- At 11:51 a.m., police reported the theft of an iPad and a charger from a vehicle downtown.
- At 2:44 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Miller Avenue after the caller said someone threw paint all over their house.

- At 2:03 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Maplewood Avenue. Tyler R. Earle, 21, of 54 Daniel St., Apt. 3B in Portsmouth was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and resisting arrest or detention.
Saturday:
- At 6:23 a.m., police reported a theft on Portsmouth Boulevard after the caller said someone broke into their vehicle and stole a laptop and a camera valued at $1,000.
- At 1:05 p.m., police arrested a Clifton, Maine man on Lafayette Road who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Scott Michael Chiracco, 52, of 87 Scott Point Road in Clifton, Maine was wanted on four arrest warrants and a judge's order to arrest.
- At 5:03 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Curriers Cove after the caller said someone egged their front door.
- At 7:50 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Weald Road who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Matthew M. Mondor, Jr., 19, of 30 Weald Road in Portsmouth was wanted for receiving stolen property.

- At 12:58 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman for drunken driving on Daniel and Penhallow streets. Lauren Gallagher, 30, of 1001 Islington St., Apt. 57, in Portsmouth was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
