Wednesday: <ul><li>At 2:44 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Ledgewood Drive after the manager of the Winchest Apartments said he spotted some juveniles who look like the ones who vandalized the building in recent weeks.</li><li>At 3:27 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on Osprey Drive who was wanted as a fugitive from justice.</li><li>At 4:58 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Lafayette Road in the Walmart parking lot after the caller said someone damaged her vehicle.</li><li>At 5:35 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman for drunken driving on Hanover Street. A male passenger who was also intoxicated was taken into protective custody. Sissil Monsen, 51, of 495 State St., Apt. 3 was charged with driving while intoxicated.</li><li>At 6:57 p.m., police reported the theft of a $130 sweater from a store on Commercial Alley.</li></ul>
