Prime Office Space Still Vacant
Congress Street office is still seeking a new business several months after it first became available on the market.

It's hard to believe that the second-floor office space in the former Odd Fellow building on Congress Street is still available, but it is.
When Portsmouth Patch first reported that this space was available for lease in May, it had already been vacant for several months. Now, less than two weeks before Christmas, the same space is still available for lease by the CB Richard Ellis of Portsmouth.

The second-floor space inside the historic Odd Fellows building on Congress Street is currently available for lease and could accommodate several business uses.
CB Richard Ellis is listed as the commercial broker that is leasing the space inside the building that is located across the street from the Friendly Toast restaurant and around the corner from the Music Hall. According to the broker, there are 3,464 square feet for lease at $16 per square foot.

The historic building has been completely remodeled inside with new handicap access, according to the broker. It could make a great office for a law firm, medical offices, real estate firm, an IT web design firm or financial services company.
