Two days after Portsmouth area residents fulfilled their civic responsibilities and went to the polls, they will now be able to enjoy Restaurant Week Portsmouth and the Seacoast. From Thursday, Nov. 8 through Nov. 17, more than 50 Portsmouth area restaurants will offer menus featuring special 3-course prix fixe menus: lunch $16.95 per person, dinner $29.95 per person. The prices do not include beverages, taxes or gratuity, but they make it very affordable for patrons to discover why Portsmouth and the Seacoast area is known as a premier dining destination. Some of the participating Portsmouth restaurants include Agave, The Black Trumpet Bistro, the Blue Mermaid Island Grill and Brazo. Here is the a <a href="http://www.portsmouthchamber.org/restaurantweek.cfm/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">complete list of participating restaurants</a>. Reservations at participating restaurants are also highly recommended.
