• Jennifer Marie Ahearn, 41, of 544 Main St., Stoneham, Mass., failure to appear, arraignment, orig/theft, June 10.
• Frederick Robert McMenimen, 53, of 6 Fairmont St., Apt. 4, Cambridge, Mass., fugitive from justice/ governor's warrant, June 11.
• Dereck Antonio Leighton, 36, of 13 First St., Berwick, Maine, failure to appear, arraignment, orig/habitual offender, June 11.
• Allen Patrick Mooneyhan Jr., 22, of 5 Frontage Road, Kingston, failure to appear, arraignment, orig/theft, June 12.
