But according to the sign posted by <a href="http://www.coldstreamre.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Grubb and Ellis</a>, Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc., of Portsmouth there is a large space available for lease on the second floor that faces the roadway located above the four Armed Forces Career Center branch offices. Besides the Armed Forces Career Center, other businesses that operate here include Fitness Together, Hideaways International and Puddle Dock West End Thrift Store. The site also has ample parking to accomodate all of the businesses here. What do you think would be a good addition for this commercial space? Let us know.
