Starry Night to Welcome New Star Island CEO
Event on Oct. 20 will allow public to welcome new Star Island Corp. CEO Joe Watts and thank Star Island CEO Victoria Hardy for her years of service.
Starry Night, an evening of socializing and celebration, will be held on Saturday, October 20 at the Discover Portsmouth Center.
The Star Island Corporation Board of Directors invites the community to join them in honoring Victoria Hardy upon her retirement as CEO, and recognizing her for her 5 years of service to Star Island and the larger community. The board will also take this opportunity to introduce and welcome Joe Watts as the new CEO of the corporation.
All are welcome to attend the festivities beginning at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $15 at the door. Entertainment will be provided by local band Brown and White. A selection of desserts will be served compliments of Café Nostimo, Beach Pea Baking Company, Red Ginger, and Ceres Bakery. Please contact (603) 430-6272 if you have any questions.

The non-profit Star Island Corporation has maintained Star Island since 1916 with the mission of hosting family, individual and group events for religious, educational, or kindred purposes.
Day visitors and weeklong guests are welcome to explore Star Island and attend one of the many enriching programs offered each summer. Located 10 miles off the coast of New Hampshire Star Island is within the Rye, NH Historic District and is part of the National Register of Historic Places.
