It shows the very beginning of the blizzard as it made its way to the Seacoast and eventually the height of the storm on Saturday night when Congress Street experienced near white out conditions and there were hardly any cars or people downtown. The Blizzard of 2013 dumped up to 2 feet of snow on the city and continues to pose some difficult snow removal challenges for the city Public Works Department and downtown businesses.
