The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, Aug,. 13.

Tuesday:

  • At 9:09 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Zachary T. Brock, 22, of 23 Langdon St. was wanted for conduct after an accident.
  • At 10:57 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Marcy Street after a female caller said someone had slashed her tire and tagged her car door with graffiti that read "BOG," which stands for The Brothers Grime.
  • At 5:09 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle theft on Mirona Road.
  • At 6:28 p.m., police reported a dog bite incident on Osprey Drive.
