5 Super Athletes With Ties To Windham
Patch has teamed up with T-Mobile to celebrate five standout athletes whose achievements have left a lasting impression on our community.

Sports have a way of teaching invaluable life lessons — building character, fostering teamwork and strengthening the bonds within a community. In the Windham area, these values have shaped some truly remarkable athletes from different eras, whose accomplishments continue to inspire.
Patch has teamed up with T-Mobile to spotlight five standout athletes whose achievements have left a lasting mark on our community. While this list is just a snapshot, there are countless others who have helped shape the rich sports culture in our area.
Ava Gravell (Track & Field)
Ava Gravell is a standout track and field athlete from Windham. During her time at Windham High School (Class of 2020), she was a multi-sport athlete who excelled in track, lacrosse, and field hockey. Gravell went on to compete for Southern New Hampshire University, where she won Athlete of the Week in 2023 for victories in the 55-meter dash and long jump.

Alexis Martino (Swimming)
A record-breaking swimmer, Alexis Martino dominated at Windham High School, setting two state records in a single day at the Division 2 state championships in the 100 butterfly and 200 IM. After graduating in 2022, the two-time Eagle-Tribune All-Star continued her success at the University of Connecticut, where she is part of the swimming and diving team.
Dylan Goulas (Soccer)
A Windham High School Class of 2022 graduate, Dylan Goulas has been playing soccer since he was three years old. After overcoming an injury in eighth grade, Goulas developed into a varsity starter and MVP. In addition to soccer, he competed in competitive cheer/dance and lacrosse, earning recognition at both the state and national levels.

Jack St. Hilaire (Basketball)
Jack St. Hilaire, a Windham High School basketball standout from the Class of 2023, currently plays for Plymouth State University. During his high school tenure, he made an impact on Windham’s varsity team. He will be eligible for NBA Draft in 2027.
Sophie Manchester (Field Hockey)
Sophie Manchester, is a current senior and varsity field hockey player at Windham High School. She has been a starter since her freshman year and has earned All-State Honorable Mention (2022) and All-State Second Team (2023) while helping her team reach the state finals twice. In addition to field hockey, Manchester competes in varsity lacrosse and plans to study business in college while continuing her athletic career.
