Beach cards will allow one parent/guardian to bring children ages 5-12 from their household to Asbury Park beaches free of charge from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Labor Day.Registration has begun. Proof of residency required. Beach Access Cards are limited to one card per household. The card allows access for one parent/guardian and the children in their household ages 5-12 only.
