Back to School: Nutrition For Busy Basking Ridge Families Offered

The Bernards Township Health Department will offer a culinary demonstration with healthy dinners, lunches, and snacks for busy families.

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The Bernards Township Health Department is offering BACK TO SCHOOL: Nutrition for Busy Families on Thursday, Sept. 18.

Learn ways to get healthy dinners on the table that your family will love in 20 minutes or less. Uncover easy tips for packing balanced lunches. Enjoy a culinary demonstration including grab and go snacks to optimize focus and fuel for afternoon activities.

The event will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Bernards Township Library, 32 S. Maple Ave, Basking Ridge.
