Join us for a fascinating talk on this Parisian art, architecture, and product design style dating back to just before World War I! Art Deco was a new style of visual arts that first appeared in Paris in the 1910s. It reached the United States in the 1920's and influenced not only impressive buildings but also art, clothing fashions, jewelry, furniture, and lifestyles. Put on your flapper hats and pearls, bow ties and suspenders and follow our presenter as we take a close look at this popular art form.

Presenter: Toni McKeen is a historian, professional researcher and lecturer in the tristate area. She presents a wide variety of programs on travel destinations around the world, as well as prominent artists throughout history. She is also a well-known local genealogist, and has been conducting research on her family for the last 30 years.
