Ridge Drama Club's Comedy 'Noises Off' Hits The Stage Friday, Saturday

BASKING RIDGE, NJ — The students of the award-winning Ridge Drama Club have been working head over heels preparing for what is sure to be the most hilarious show around!

"Noises Off," Michael Frayn’s iconic backstage farce, is hailed as one of the funniest comedies ever written.

The play follows a traveling troupe of mediocre actors who are struggling to put on a show and facing disaster. Just when you think that things couldn’t get more ridiculous… they do!

The actors have been working nonstop to perfect what could only be described as comedic poetry in motion. The tech and stage crews have worked tirelessly to quite literally build a house right on our PAC stage and the costume crew is making sure everyone keeps their pants up!

Performances will be staged at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17 and Saturday, Nov. 18, at the Ridge Performing Arts Center, 268 South Finley Ave., Basking Ridge.
