Designed for children ages 6 months to 4 years and their caregivers, these classes are the perfect opportunity to explore music through movement, singing, and play. Led by our award-winning music teacher, each session nurtures your child’s natural musicality while building connection and community. Classes are open to the public, free, and held on our beautiful campus—come make music with us!

New Jersey Audubon's Scherman Hoffman Wildlife Sanctuary

Led by Sue Predl, Nature Store Assistant 
Celebrate the days getting longer and join Sue for a guided two-mile nature hike to enjoy the trees, birds, and plant life at Scherman Hoffman Nature Sanctuary on the shortest day of the year. The trails we hike will vary, but we can guarantee beautiful views of our sanctuary. Walking time is flexible but will be approximately 2 hours. Please dress for the winter weather and wear sturdy shoes; be prepared to walk on uneven ground and up hills. The hike will go rain or shine. We will meet at the Scherman Hoffman Nature Store at 2:00 PM.
Registration required by 12/20 at 12:00 PM.
COST: free for members, $5 nonmembers.

The Falcon’s Learning Nest Classes at Far Hills Country Day School offer a joyful, hands-on experience for children ages 2–4 and their grown-ups. Guided by expert preschool teachers, each free 60-minute session includes interactive storytelling, play-based activities, creative projects, and time for movement or sensory exploration. Grown-ups can enjoy coffee and conversation with our educators while little learners build confidence and curiosity in a warm, welcoming environment.
Classes are held from 9–10 a.m. on the first Monday of each month and are free and open to the public. Space is limited—RSVP early to save your spot!
