Bloomfield Firefighters Train To Inspect, Install Child Car Seats

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — There are now eight certified firefighters eligible to inspect and properly install child safety seats in Bloomfield, thanks to some new training classes.

The Bloomfield Division of Public Safety shared the following announcement on social media last week:

“Over the past two days, Safe Kids Worldwide has conducted a class for five of our firefighters. This training will increase the total number of certified firefighters eligible to inspect and properly install child safety seats to eight.”
