Bloomfield Holds 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony (PHOTOS)

The Township of Bloomfield held a remembrance ceremony for the victims of the September 11 attacks.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — The Township of Bloomfield held a remembrance ceremony for the victims of the September 11 attacks last week.

A public ceremony took place Thursday on the historic Town Green. The event also included reflections from the mayor and town council, a wreath dedication and music. In addition, 2,977 luminary bags were placed around the Town Green in honor of the lives lost that day.
