Bloomfield Holds Free Child Car Seat Inspection Events
Bloomfield residents who want some help installing a child car seat can get a lift at the township's monthly inspection events.
BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Bloomfield residents who want some help installing a child car seat – or a second pair of eyes – can get a lift at the township’s monthly inspection events.
The Bloomfield Fire Department hosts free car seat inspections on the first Saturday of the month. The events take place from 9 a.m. to noon at Bloomfield Fire Headquarters, 375 Franklin Street.
According to a municipal advisory, experts will be available to help people with the following tasks:
