The Kislak Company Inc. recently announced the sale of the 63-unit Franklin Towers at 165 Franklin Street for $10,988,000 to Franklin Towers Property Management LLC. Financing was arranged by Walker &amp; Dunlop. The seller – LCL Franklin LLC – is a decades-long client of Kislak, the firm said. According to Kislak, the six-story brick building was built in 1928.
