Historic Apartment Building In Bloomfield Sells For $10.9 Million
The six-story brick building was built in 1928.

BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A historic apartment building in Bloomfield has sold for $10.9 million.
The Kislak Company Inc. recently announced the sale of the 63-unit Franklin Towers at 165 Franklin Street for $10,988,000 to Franklin Towers Property Management LLC. Financing was arranged by Walker & Dunlop.
The seller – LCL Franklin LLC – is a decades-long client of Kislak, the firm said.

According to Kislak, the six-story brick building was built in 1928. It includes 56 one-bedroom units, five two-bedroom units, and two three-bedroom units.
