BLOOMFIELD, NJ — A medical practice has opened its second New Jersey location at an office building in Bloomfield, a real estate firm recently announced.

Restore First Health inked a tenancy agreement with landlord Broadacres ERCT 1, LLC for a 1,719-square-foot medical office lease at 300 Broadacres Drive.

“Restore First Health is a specialized medical practice offering patients advanced in-home treatment of chronic wounds. Through a collaborative approach, Restore First Health works closely with home health care providers, assisted living programs, hospital discharge planners and families to ensure each patient receives seamless and effective treatment.”

In 2023, NAI James E. Hanson helped Restore First Health relocate their “rapidly growing practice” from Cranbury to a larger space in East Windsor.

Now, the company has a second location in Bloomfield at 300 Broadacres Drive, a four-story, 94,000-square-foot professional and medical office building with amenities that include a conferencing facility, fitness center, courtyard, cafeteria, lounges and on-site parking.
