NOTICE FROM NJ TRANSIT: EXPECT DELAYS ON MONTCLAIR-BOONTON LINE

Trains will be subject to delays until September 8 due to emergency track repairs.

Effective immediately, Montclair-Boonton Line rail service is subject to 10-20-minute delays and some trains cancelled until Monday, September 8 due to emergency track repairs and single tracking between Bay Street and MSU stations.

During this time, a special weekday schedule will be in effect. Several inbound and outbound trains will be cancelled including:

  • Inbound AM Peak Train Nos. 208 and 212 and Outbound AM reverse Peak Train Nos. 209 and 211.
  • Inbound PM reverse Peak Train Nos. 250 and 262 and Outbound PM Peak Train Nos. 267 and 275.
