BLOOMFIELD, NJ — Want to enjoy the snow day in Bloomfield? The town will be lighting up Pulaski Park on Tuesday evening for local sleigh riders.

The Bloomfield Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs issued the following advisory:

“Please be advised that the Bloomfield Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Department will have the athletic field lights on at Pulaski Park, 24 Mt Vernon Ave until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 13 so our residents can sleigh ride. Please be advised that this is an unsupervised event and children should bring their own equipment and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Due to freezing temperatures, bathrooms facilities are not available. All recreation games, practices and programs have also been canceled. Dress warm, have fun and be safe!”
