Want to see how Bloomfield will remember 2013? The final event of the Bloomfield Bicentennial Committee will take place on Sunday, September 15, at 2 p.m. at the Oakeside Bloomfield Cultural Center.   A time capsule containing memorabilia collected throughout the year-long event will be interred in the newly refurbished Rose Garden.   The Bloomfield Bicentennial Committee invites the public to attend. Entrance is free.  Light refreshments will be served.
