This dynamic youth martial arts program blends fun, movement, and character-building in every class. Designed for ages 3-5, kids will learn foundational karate moves while developing focus, discipline, respect, and self-confidence through positive reinforcement and engaging lessons. Each session gives little learners a chance to grow strong in body, sharp in mind, and bold in spirit — all while having a blast on the mat. Kiddie Soccer is a fun-filled and age-appropriate soccer program for&nbsp;3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-year-old girls and boys. The 10-week sessions are&nbsp;based on various thematic games that are fun and non-competitive,&nbsp;yet instructional. Each class is 1 hour. Join us for a meaningful lunch-hour conversation with Rebecca Bloom, longtime women’s health advocate and author of When Women Get Sick. Drawing on decades of experience working at the intersection of law, insurance, and healthcare, Bloom offers clear, practical guidance for navigating diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
Through real stories and actionable insight, this program will explore how women can better communicate with doctors, build effective support systems, and advocate for care that reflects their needs and values.
