The Chatham Turkey Trot has raised over $270,000 for local first responders and diabetes research since 2009.

Mollie Ritter, president of the Junior Race Committee, said that the race's fundraising efforts could not have been possible without the support of local businesses and event sponsors.

Planning has already started for the 2023 turkey trot, and individuals interested can register at www.TheChathamTurkeyTrot.org before Nov. 1 to receive a T-shirt.
