Cumberland Co. Man Sentenced For Meth Possession, Intent To Distribute
A Millville man was sentenced Monday for possessing meth with intent to distribute, federal officials said.
MILLVILLE, NJ - A Millville man was sentenced Monday for possessing meth with intent to distribute, federal officials said.
Charles Sistrunk Jr., 40, was sentenced to 84 months in prison after he previously pleaded guilty to an information charging him with possession with intent to distribute 500 mg or more of a substance containing methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger announced.
Sistrunk was also sentenced to three years of supervised release and ordered to forfeit $2,900 of drug proceeds seized from his residence.

In October 2020, FBI agents executed a search warrant at Sistrunk’s home and found over 3.7 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, also known as “ice.” The Millville man then admitted to possessing the methamphetamine with intent to distribute it to others, Sellinger said.
U.S. Attorney Sellinger thanked FBI special agents, under the direction of Special Agent in Charge James E. Dennehy in Newark, with the investigation leading to the sentencing. He also thanked the Drug Enforcement Administration; the Department of Homeland Security, Homeland Security Investigations; the New Jersey State Police; the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office; the Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office; the Atlantic City Police Department; the Pleasantville Police Department; and the Millville Police Department for their help in the probe.
